On September 18, 2021, Jiesheng Robot received feedback from a customer in Ningbo that the robot suddenly tripped during use. Jiesheng engineers confirmed through telephone communication that the parts may be damaged and need to be tested on site.
Firstly, the three-phase input is measured, and the voltage between phases is normal. The fuse is normal; Normal response of CPS01; Manual power on, APU normally pull and close, instant RB alarm, rectifier power preparation is abnormal. After inspection, there is a Blackburn on the rectifier. The power connection unit and the rectifier are replaced free of charge within the warranty. The robot can work normally and the fault is solved.
