Yaskawa Robot & YRC1000 Controller Alarm 1685
[Momentary Power Failure (Time) (Servo)]
Alarm Description
According to the message displayed under the alarm code — “Momentary power failure (time) (servo)” — this alarm occurs when the duration of a momentary power loss (undervoltage) exceeds the maximum allowable time set in the system.
Note:
In mainland China, the specified input power supply for Yaskawa robot controllers is three-phase 380–440 V (+10% / −15%).
What should be done?
When this alarm occurs, the user can power off and restart the robot controller.
If the external power supply has returned to normal, the alarm will generally clear automatically after restarting.
If the alarm persists after restart or occurs intermittently, it is recommended to install a voltage stabilizer between the robot controller cabinet and the power supply to ensure the input voltage remains within three-phase 380–440 V (+10% / −15%).
