For standard Yaskawa industrial robots:
Wrist: IP67
Robot body: IP54
Cleanroom models: Higher protection rating
Installation Environment
The robot installation site should meet the following conditions:
Operating temperature: 0–45°C
Humidity: 20–80%, no condensation
Low levels of dust, smoke, and water
No flammable or corrosive liquids/gases
Vibration acceleration: ≤4.9 m/s² (0.5G)
Keep away from electromagnetic sources, such as TIG welding equipment
Keep away from strong magnetic fields
Altitude: ≤1,000 m
Installation surface flatness: ≤0.5 mm
Proper installation conditions are important for stable and reliable robot operation.
